20%氟酰胺可湿性粉剂对草坪褐斑病菌的室内毒力和田间防效

摘　　要：采用菌丝生长速率法进行氟酰胺对草坪褐斑病菌的室内毒力测定，结果表明，氟酰胺对草坪褐斑病菌菌丝生长有很好的抑制作用，EC50为0．0148mg／kg。田间药效试验结果表明，20％氟酰胺wP270～375g a.i.／hm2对草坪褐斑病有很好的防治效果，防效达84．73％～88．52％。该药剂对草坪草安全，可以广泛用于草坪褐斑病的防治。The toxicity of Flutolanil 20% WP against Lawn Brown patch were measured by investigating growth velocity in PSA euhure media,the result showed Flutolanil had good efficiency,and the EC50 value was 0.014 8mg/kg. The result of field efficacy trials showed that Flutolanil 20% WP has very good control efficiency of Lawn Brown patch and without damage,as well as the control effects was 84.73%-88.52% when the treatment was 270 to 375g a.i./hm2.
