摘  要:对一种活塞杆连续驱动摩擦焊接头的性能和组织进行了分析。力学性能测试结果表明,焊接接头的力学性能低于母材。对焊接接头不同区域和母材的金相组织进行了观察,结果表明焊接区由于受到强烈的机械搅拌作用,以及由剧烈摩擦产生的局部高温作用,材料发生了剧烈的塑性变形和流动、扩散与混合等导致的微观组织的变化,是焊接接头性能降低的主要原因;同时,微观组织的变化导致断口的微观形貌发生了变化,降低了其冲击韧性。结合检测和分析结果,对连续驱动活塞杆摩擦焊工艺改进提出了相应的对策。The properties of continuous driven friction welded joint of piston rod were studied. The results demonstrate that the mechanical properties of the welded joint material is lower than that of matrix material. The metallographic analysis on different welded joints regions and the matrix material indicate that the change of microstructure of the welded joint, which is induced by strong mechanical stirring, local high temperature and severe plastic deformation et al. which are the main reason for reducing the performance. At the same time, the change of microstructure of the welded joint can reduce the impact toughness. Based on the inspection and analysis, the recommendations on the improvement for the continuous driven friction welding process were put forward.
