摘  要:采用二维有限元技术,依据连铸机的生产条件,建立了板坯凝固过程传热模型。分析了影响连铸机板坯出机温度的主要因素,获得了拉速、过热度、水量对连铸坯出机温度的影响。通过分析钢水在整个凝固过程坯壳出口温度及厚度的变化规律,适当地提高拉速、控制二冷喷水量和关掉二冷末端冷却水能提高铸件温度。On the basis of the production conditions of slab caster, the heat transfer mode of slab solidification was established by using 2D finite element technology. The main factors impacting the slab temperature out continuous casting machine were analyzed. And the influences of drawing speed, degree of superheat, and water on continuous casting billet out machine temperature were obtained. Through analyzing exit temperature and the change rule of thickness of billet shell in the whole solidification of molten steel, properly improving the drawing speed, the controlling two cold water quantity and turning offthe two cold end cooling water can improve the castings temperature.
