摘 要:运用热力学数据,计算了高温镁熔体与3种含氟气体和空气的混合气体反应过程的自由能变化,根据自由能判据对这些反应发生的可能性和次序进行了分析,并用实验进行了验证。结果表明,镁熔体优先与含氟气体(或其分解产物)发生生成MgF2的反应,与O2反应生成MgO的趋势较小。由于与镁熔体反应时这3种含氟气体的化学状态各不相同,所以反应后排放气体的组成差异较大,在镁熔体表面所生成的氧化膜中MgF2和MgO的含量也有差别。The free energy changes for the reaction of magnesium melt with three kinds of fluorine-containing gases mixed with air at high temperature were calculated by thermodynamic data. According to the free energy criterion, the possibility of these reactions were analyzed and verified experimentally. The results show that the reaction of magnesium melt with fluorine-containing gases (or its decomposition products) is thermo-dynamically favorable, which can produce MgF2, while the reaction of magnesium melt with O: is not, which can produce MgO. The chemical state of the three kinds of fluorine-containing gas in the reaction with magnesium melt is not the same, so the composition of the exhaust gases and the amount of MgF2 and MgO in the surface film formed on molten magnesium after the reaction are different.
