摘　　要：从汽车侧围外板成形质量问题研究出发,通过研究问题单和现场调研,深入探讨了汽车侧围外板在切边尺寸超差、孔位偏差、特征线平整度、匹配面、间隙、自由表面超差的问题。提出了解决汽车侧围外板主要成形质量问题的对策,这能为其模具设计提供理论依据。Beginning with research of forming quality problems of outer side wall for the automobile,through study of questions table and scene investigation, the problems of the super size difference of cut edge ,hole deviations, planeness of characteristic line, surface matching, gaps and super size difference of free surface in automobile outer side wall were deeply discussed. Countermeasures of solving forming quality problems of outer side wall for automobile were presented, which can provide theoretical basis for the die design of automotive outer side wall.
