摘  要:钢管热扩过程中,钢管的等效应力、温度、载荷变化复杂,而它对钢管性能的影响是显著的。基于DEFORM有限元仿真软件,在常温和1000℃两种工艺条件下,对钢管热扩过程进行了数值仿真。结果显示,在两种不同的温度下,钢管热扩的等效应力、温度、载荷的分布明显不同,其性能和组织也有差异,高温条件下的性能明显优于常温下的性能。The equivalent stress, temperature and load change of the work piece were complicated in steel tube thermal expansion process, and the influence of it on the properties of the work piece is remarkable. Under two conditions of room temperature and 1000℃, the thermal expansion process was simulated by DEFORM finite element simulation software. The results show that, under two different temperatures, the equivalent stress, temperature and load distribution are different greatly in thermal expansion process of steel tube. And the properties and microstructure of the work piece are also different, that is, the properties at high temperature are much better than at room temperature.
