摘 要:轧制力是轧制中最为重要的参数之一,但通过传统方法预测轧制力是十分繁杂的,且准确性不高。介绍了一种简易的45钢轧制力计算模型,并采用ABAQUS/Explicit有限元模拟软件验证了其精度。结果表明,该轧制力预报模型的最佳应用条件为:变形温度900℃,变形程度30%以内,变形速率在5~10 s-1。在该范围内轧制力计算值与实测值之间的误差可控制在2.01%,较其它方法有明显提高。该计算模型中各因素对轧制力的影响依次为:真实应变,变形温度,变形速率。Rolling force is one of the most important parameters in the rolling, but it is extremely complicated to be predicted by traditional method, and the accuracy is hardly sufficiency. A simple calculation model of the rolling force for 45 steel was presented. Meanwhile, its accuracy was verified by ABAQUSfExplicit finite element simulation software. The results indicate that the optimal conditions of the rolling force prediction model are: the deformation temperature at 900℃, true strain within 30%, and strain rate from 5 s-1 to 10 s-1 Within the scope, the error between the calculated rolling force and the measured value can be controlled in 2.01%, which is obviously improved compared with other methods. Moreover, affect every factor in calculation model on the rolling force are successively: true strain, deformation temperature and strain rate.
