中风醒脑口服液对脑缺血的保护作用

摘　　要：采用小鼠断颅和结扎双侧颈总动脉的方法 ,复制急性脑缺血模型。结果表明中风醒脑口服液三个剂量( 2 5 .0、16 .7、8.3g生药 /kg)灌胃给药 ,均可明显延长小鼠断颅后的喘息时间和延长双侧颈总动脉结扎致缺血小鼠的存活时间 ;体外实验并能降低小鼠脑组织过氧化脂质 (LPO)的含量。提示中风醒脑口服液对脑缺血有保护作用。The protective effect of Zhongfengxingnao (ZFXN) oral liquid on cerebral ischemia in mice was investigated. Acute cerebral ischemia model was successfully induced by decapitation and ligation of bilateral carotid arteries in mice. The model mice treated with ZFXN oral liquid 25.0、16.7 or 8.3 g/kg (ig) were significantly prolonged in survival time after ligation of bilateral common carotid artery and asthmatic time after decapitation. And moreover, ZFXN oral liquid can remarkably reduce LPO in the brain. The results indicated that ZFXN oral liquid has the protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia injury.
