摘　　要：以对氯苯乙腈为起始原料 ,经水解、取代、氨化三步反应合成了对羟基苯乙酰胺。水解反应采用相转移催化法 ,收率达 80 %以上 ;三步反应总收率为 78%。该工艺路线反应步骤较短 ,收率较高 ,原料易得。p Hydroxy benzylacetamide is synthsized through hydrolysis,displacement,and amination from p chlorobenzylnitrile. In the hydrolysis procedure, phase transfer catalyst was used, with over 80 percent yield,and the total yield is 78 percent after three reactions.This synthesis has the advantage of shorter route and higher yield, and the raw material is available easily.
