摘　　要：患者，男，11岁。左上唇部及鼻旁隆起1个月余，伴鼻塞，无鼻出血．无头痛及牙痛。曾在外院以“鼻前庭炎”药物治疗效果不佳，于2012年1月12日来我院就诊。Summary Nasal supernumerary teeth and additional dental cyst is a common disease in Departnlent of ENT and Department of Stomatology. In reported diseases, patients with a variety of additional teeth appeared in differ ent parts have varied clinical manifestations. Because of no obvious early symptoms,lt is more difficult to diagnose, but CT examination in corresponding site can make it easy to diagnose the maxillary sinus and dentigerous cyst diagnosis. Operation is an effective method to cure the disease. Operatlon is simple, hut the defect and tooth cavity after operation is one unavoidable problem for ENT doctor. In relevant literature it can he seen that the disease has a genetic tendency.
