摘 要:为给内啮合式生物质环模冷压成型机设计提供理论依据,对内啮合式环模成型机关键部件——凸模进行数学建模。采用力学模型及有限元法相结合的方法,对凸模与凹模啮合状态进行受力分析,且用Solidwork的Simulink模块对其啮合状态进行受力模拟,以获得凸模内部应力、应变及位移分布规律,并找出凸模应力集中部位。结果表明:内啮合式生物质环模冷压成型机凸模的受力在允许应力范围内,其结构合理,能满足物料成型要求,且可保证成型机的寿命,并降低了生产成本。In order to obtain the reliable theoretical basics to design inner gearing biomass ring briquetting molding, a mathematical geometric model of the punch, as key part of the molding machine was established. The method of combining both mechanical model building and finite element simulation analysis was done to analyze force state at meshing time of the punch and female die. And the Simulink module function of Solidwork was used to simulate meshing force state of the punch. The distribution law of the internal stress, strain and displacement of the punch was obtained, and the stress concentrated parts of the punch were found out. Simultaneously, the distribution law of internal stress, strain and displacement on the punch was obtained, while its temperature was risen to 300 ℃. The results showed that the punch endured force within allowable stress range, and showed that the inner gearing ring mold structure was reasonably, which met requirements of materials molding, ensured the molding life and reduced production costs.
