摘 要:实验室快速模拟脱蜡法是为解决基础油实际生产中脱蜡装置生产周期长、工艺复杂、无法提前预知产品性能而建立的一种试验方法。通过选用合理的试验设备,模拟与工业生产实际相似的流动冷却态,3~4 h即可完成脱蜡过程。方法具备了很好的重复性和再现性,并与实际生产有很好的相符性。以此,可以指导基础油加氢装置调整工艺参数,也可以为脱蜡装置提出高效合理的脱蜡工艺方案,是可以在以溶剂脱蜡工艺生产基础油的企业推广建立的一种有利于生产预测与效果检测的有效方法。In order to solve the problem that the product properties can not be predicted in advance for long production cycle and complex process of solvent dewaxing in actual base oil production, a laboratory rapid simulation method for solvent de- waxing was established. By choosing reasonable experimental equipments and simulating flow and cooling conditions of ac- tual industrial production, the dewaxing process can be finished in 3 -4 hours. The method is consistent with actual produc- tion very well, with good repeatability and reproducibility. According to the test results, the process parameters of lubrica- ting oil hydrogenation unit can be adjusted, and the efficient and reasonable dewaxing process scheme for solvent dewaxing unit can be obtained. It is an effective method for production prediction and effect detection and can be promoted to be es- tablished in enterprises which produce base oil by solvent dewaxing.
