摘　　要：目的　探讨乙状结肠人工阴道成形术的术式。方法　回顾性分析1991年1 月至1999年6月先天性无阴道患者25例行乙状结肠人工阴道成形术的情况。结果　25 例手术全部成功，无严重的术后并发症。21例随访6月至8年，人工阴道在外观及功能上极似自然阴道，夫妻性生活满意。结论　乙状结肠人工阴道成形术是治疗先天性无阴道的最好的手术方式，手术成功率高，远期效果好。To explore the operation of vaginal reconstruction with a sigmoid loop. Methods To analyse retrospectively the 25 cases of congenital absence of vagina who have got a vaginal reconstruction with a sigmoid loop from January, 1991 to June, 1999. Results The 25 cases of operation are all successful, without any bad result. 21 cases have been followed up postoperatively for at least 6 months to 8 years, and the profile and the function of the vagina are as same as the natural. Husband and wife are satisfied with it. Conclusion Vaginal reconstruction with a sigmoid loop is the best operation now for congenital absence of vagina, with a high rate of success and a good long term result.
