摘　　要：目的　观察前列腺素E1脂微求载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)对突发性耳聋的治疗效果。方法　用日本产Lipo PGE1 10μg加入20ml生理盐水中缓慢静脉推注，每日一次，七天一疗程，一至两个疗程治疗突发性耳聋50例，与其他用药组45例进行对比分析。结果　Lipo PGE1 组50例，痊愈14例(28%)，显效7例(14%)，有效20例(40%)，无效9例(18%)，有效率为82% 。其它用药组45例，痊愈5例(11%)，显效7例(15.5%)，有效16例(35.5%)，无效17例(38%)，有效率62% 。两组有效率有显著性差异 (Ｐ＜0.005)。结论　 Lipo PGE1治疗突发性耳聋疗效肯定，副作用小，临床使用安全。In order to study the clinical effects of LipoPGE1 on sudden deafness. Methods 50 patients of sudden deafness were treated by LipoPGE1 and 45 patients were treated by another medicine (non-Lipo PGE1). Results In the LipoPGE1 group , complete recovery was noted in 14 patients(28%), marked improvement in 7(14%), improvement in 20 cases (40%)and no change in 9 cases (18%). The corresponding figures were 5 (11%), 7(15.5%), 16(35.5%)and 17(38%)in the non-Lipo PGE1 group . The differences were statistically significant (Ｐ＜0.05). Conclusion These results suggest that Lipo PGE1 therapy is effective in patients with sudden deafness . No serious side effects were observed .
