摘　　要：目的 探讨永久心脏起搏器置入术后并发症发生的原因及处理方法.方法 对2009年1月至2012年12月在我院安装永久起搏器的292例患者临床资料及随访结果进行回顾性总结分析.结果 发生起搏器并发症31例（10.3％）,其中急性期并发症20例,6个月以后并发症11例.结论 提高起搏器并发症识别能力,术前认真准备,术中规范操作,术后严格管理,重视患者术后定期随访,早期发现,及时处理,可降低发生率,避免严重不良后果.Objective To explore the cause of postoperative complications after implantation of per- manent heart pacemaker and their handling strategies. Methods The data of 292 patients received implanta- tion of permanent heart pacemaker in our hospital from January 2009-December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Pacemaker complications were found in 31 cases （10.6%）, in which 20 cases occurred inacute stage, 11 cases occurred after six months. Conclusion Morbidity rate of pacemaker complications and their severe consequence could be lowered and avoided by careful prepara- tion before operation, norm procedure during operation, reconstruction, reconstruction of regular follow-up, education and in-time diagnosis as well as correct manage for pacemaker complica- tions after oneratic^n
