摘　　要：本文在分析开展QDII2试点的现实意义基础上,从地区经济发展水平、投资者参与资本市场投资交易活跃度等方面,分析在我国开展QDII2城市试点的可行性,并提出开展QDII2城市试点的方案,最后从香港市场和境内市场政策支持需求两个方面提出促进QDII2顺利运行的建议。From the point of development level of regional economics and active level of investors in capital markets, this paper makes a feasible plan to launch QDⅡ2 and offers a proposal based on the pilot projects. Finally, suggestions are pointed out on the perspective of affirmalive action policy in both Hong Kong and domestic markets, in order to ensure QDⅡ2 operation smoothly.
