摘  要:目的:探讨分子氨在鲤鱼养殖中的毒性效应.方法:选取健康均匀的黄河鲤150尾分为4组,设置氨氮体积质量分数分别为0.071mg/L,0.143mg/L,0.284mg/L,0.427mg/L共4个试验组和1个对照组对黄河鲤鱼Cyprinus carpio幼鱼进行毒性试验,试验处理35d后取样测定分子氨对鲤鱼非特异性免疫指标的影响.结果:分子氨对脾脏指数、头肾指数、溶菌圈直径、吞噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数均表现为低体积质量分数组促进,体积质量分数组抑制;而分子氨对于肾脏的影响表现为抑制效应.To study the toxic effects of ammonia on uniform sizes were treated with ammonia at NH4 0, carp (Cyprinus carpio), 150 healthy young carp with O. 071, 0. 143, 0. 284 and 0. 427 mg/L. Sampling was made 35 days after the treatment and various indicators of their non-specific immunocompetence were de-termined. Ammonia nitrogen increased the spleen index, head kidney index, lysis circle diameter and phagocyte phagocytosis rate, promoted the phagocytosis index of and inhibited these indicators at higher concentrations. the treated carp at lower concentrations.
