摘　　要：目的 分析系统性红斑狼疮中C4零基因对SLE患者血清中补体C_4含量的影响。方法 采用国际参考实验室的方法及计算机凝胶图像光密度分析系统检测45例广东籍汉族人SLE患者，同时用单向免疫扩散法检测这些患者血清中补体C4含量。结果 含 C4零基因的SLE患者血清中C4含量低于不含 C4零基因患者的C4含量（P < 0.05）。结论 C4零基因的存在可引起SLE患者血清中补体C4含量下降。Objective To study the association between C4 null alleles/C4*Q0 genes and C4 content in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods We examined C4 null alleles (C4*Q0 genes) in 45 Cantonese patients of Han nationality with SLE by the methods of the International Reference Lab and Computer Gel Documentation Analysis System. The serum C4 content of in these patients was determined by single radial immunodiffusion. Results Serum C4 content of the SLE patients with C4*Q0 genes was lower than that of the patients without C4*Q0 genes（P<0.05）. Conclusion The presence of C4*Q0 genes may reduce the serum content of complement C4 in SLE patients.
