摘　　要：目的 观察卡维地洛（carvedilol）原料及片剂在各种条件下的稳定性。方法 将原料与片剂置于不同影响因素（强光、高温、高湿、空气暴露）、加速试验和室温留样考察等条件下，定期检测其各项指标并对实验前后的样品进行了红外光谱鉴定。结果 卡维地洛原料及片剂各项指标考察结果无明显变化，强光照射引起卡维地洛轻微变黄，结论 卡维地洛原料及片剂稳定性良好。Objective To test the stability of carvedilol crude material and tablets under different conditions. Methods Carvedilol crude material and tablets were exposed to strong light, high temperature, high moisture or air respectively, and accelerating test was performed as well. The changes of all target parameters of carvedilol material and tablets were examined at regularintervals. Result No change was observed except that strong light exposure for 10 d caused mild yellowish changes in color. The samples both before and after the experiment were inspected by infrared spectroscopy (IR) spectra. Conclusion Both carvedilol material and tablets have good stability.
