摘　　要：海外投资与出口贸易是一个国家参与国际竞争的主要途径。本文论述了美国海外投资与出口贸易的发展特点,分析了美国海外投资对出口贸易的影响,提出了适合我国企业走出去的海外投资发展策略。Overseas investment and export trade is the main way to participate in international competition for a country.This paper discusses the development characteristics about United States overseas investment and export trade,and further analyzes the influence between overseas investment and export trade from American.Finally some advice on investment and development strategies suitable for our enterprises to go overseas are proposed.
