摘　　要：本文介绍了某污水处理厂79m长不设缝水池设计的方案选择、内力计算及布筋方案,同时,讨论了用王铁梦法计算水池温度应力时各项参数的取值,提出了采用两次张拉的预应力施加方案,该方案解决了矩形水池壁板纵向预应力筋难以发挥作用的问题。本文为类似工程提供了一种经济、可靠的超长水池结构设计方案,可供借鉴。Design of a 79m long tank without joints in sewage treatment plant was introduced in this article.Internal force calculation and reinforcement distribution of the tank were also introduced.Meanwhile the value of various parameters in temperature stress analysis using Wang-tiemeng method was discussed.A twice tension reinforcement scheme is provided,which could solve the problem that longitudinal prestressed reinforcement is hard to play the role in wall panels of rectangular pools.To summarize,this paper presented a design scheme of long tank,which is economic and reliable,and might offer reference.
