摘 要:目的研究三仙胃炎胶囊的制备方法及质量控制,并对处方进行分析。方法根据发病机理,设计三仙胃炎胶囊的处方,制定制备工艺和质量控制标准,并作出处方综合性评价。结果三仙胃炎胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的总有效率为96.6%,对照组总有效率为75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论本制剂处方合理,制备方法可行,质量控制方法可靠,临床疗效确切。Objective To study the preparation of Sanxian Weiyan capsule and quality control and to analyze its prescription. Methods According to the pathogenesis the preparation process and quality control standard of Sanxian Weiyan capsule were designed. Evaluation of prescription would be comprehended. Results The total efficiency was 97.8% , while the general effectiveness ration of control group was 91.9%. The effects of treatment group were better than the control group. There was significant difference between them (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The recipe of the preparation was reasonable. The emulsion was feasible in preparation method and controllable in quality. The curative effect was accurate.
