中药胆囊二号方在LC术后快速康复中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药胆囊2号方在腹腔镜胆囊切除术后快速康复中的优势。方法将84例LC手术患者随机分为两组,快速康复组和中药胆囊2号方组。快速康复组围手术期的措施依据快速康复外科理论,包括不放置胃管及尿管、术前4小时口服10%糖盐水100ml,术后6小时后即可进少量清水,然后慢慢过渡到普食,且在患者身体条件允许的情况下争取先床上活动,然后过渡到下床活动;口服中药胆囊2号方组采用术前4小时口服胆囊二号方1次(100ml),手术当天于术后6h再服用1次(100ml),其他和快速康复组相同。观察两组患者术后第一次排气时间、第一次排便时间、进食后恶心呕吐发生率。结果中药胆囊2号方组的第一次排气时间、第一次排便时间较快速康复组有显著性缩短(P<0.05);中药胆囊2号方组恶心呕吐发生率较快速康复组降低(P<0.05)。结论 LC围手术期使用中药胆囊2号方,能更快、更有效地促进LC术后患者胃肠功能的恢复,并且减少了进食后恶心呕吐发生率,是一种值得推广的临床治疗方法。Objective To investigate the advantage of Dannang Recipe No. 2 in rapid recovery after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Methods 84 patients with LC were randomly divided into 2 groups （n = 42） , Fast track surgery （FTS） group and Dannang Recipe No. 2 group. FTS groop perioperatively were treated according to FTS ideas, which including no gastric tube and catheter placed, 4 hours prior to surgery for oral administration containing 10% glucose of 100ml, 6 hours after the operation can be a small amount of water, and then slowly transition to a common food and strive for the first bed in allowing the patient body condition and then over to the bed activities. Dannang Recipe No. 2 group by 4 hours prior to surgery oral Dannang Recipe No. 2, 1 （100ml） , the day after operation in 6h to take the 1 （100ml）. Others were the same as FTS group. Observation of the 2 groups of patients with first exhaust time, first defecation time, the incidence of nausea and vomiting after eating. Results The time of defecation and exhaust of Dannang Recipe No. 2 group was significantly less than the FTS group （ P 〈 O. 05）. The incidence of nausea and vomiting of Dannang Recipe No. 2 group was less than FTS group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The use of Dannang Recipe No. 2 in LC during operation period could be faster, more effective in promoting gastrointestinal function of patients after LC recovery and reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting after eating. It was worthy of popularizing in clinical treatment.
