摘　　要：积极承接东部地区产业转移对加快中原经济区建设具有重要意义.在分析河南省承接产业转移优势的基础上,以长三角地区作为产业转移的移出地,运用产业梯度模型计算长三角地区和河南省产业梯度系数以及两者的相对梯度系数,确定河南省可承接的主要产业,并提出河南省承接产业转移的有关对策.Undertaking the eastern industrial transfer has important significance for building the Central Plains Economic Area. This author firsdy analyses the advantages of undertaking industrial transfer in Henan province, then makes Yangtze Delta as the source of industrial transfer, and sets up industry gradient model to calculate the industrial gradient coefficient and relative gradient coefficient in Yangtze Delta and Henan. According to the empirical results,this paper confirms the main industries which Henan can undertake, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
