摘　　要：根据社会需求,卫生法学专业将实践性很强的两门学科——法学和医学进行融合,所培养的学生主要是从事卫生法律实务工作。故与普通法学专业相比,加大对卫生法学专业学生的实践能力培养力度是更为必要的。在"卓越法律人才教育培养计划"背景下,更需要我们突出特色,针对本专业学生职业选择的定位,加强实践能力的培养。According to social demands, the health law specialty has integrated two disciplines, law and medicine, to train students to work on health law practice. The practical ability will be more important for the students in the health law specialty compared with those in general law specialty. In the background of ＂Education Plan of Excellent Legal Talents＂, the features should be highlighted and students＇ practical ability should be improved.
