天津市安定医院2013年4月出院患者中苯二氮类药物的使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析天津市安定医院苯二氮类（BDZs）药物的使用情况,促进精神药品的合理使用。方法从天津市安定医院HIS系统中抽取2013年4月出院的487份病历,对其中使用BDZs药物的332份病历进行回顾性分析。对患者性别、年龄、BDZs药物的具体使用情况进行分类统计。结果 332份病历中,男性173例（52.11%）,女性159例（47.89%）;41-60岁使用BDZs药物高于其他年龄段。使用BDZs药物的332份病历中,以精神分裂症患者居多,共216例（65.06%）;患者用药利于睡眠的210例,比例最高达54.54%;128份使用一种BDZs药物,其中阿普唑仑的使用率最高,为28.91%。BDZs药物与其他药物联用的病历共204例,占调查病历的61.44%,其中,BDZs药物与抗精神病药联用比较高。结论天津市安定医院住院患者BDZs药物的使用基本合理,但也存在使用率较高、使用时间较长、联合用药比例较大的现象,需提醒医师、药师注意。Objective To analyze the usage of benzodiazepines（BDZs） in Tianjin Anding Hospital and promote the rational usage of psychotropic drugs.Methods Patient records（332） of 487 discharged patients from Tianjin Anding Hospital in April 2013,which were drawn from the hospital HIS system,were retrospectively analyzed.The patients＇ gender,age,and usage of BDZs were classified statistically.Results In 332 patient records,173 cases were male（52.11%）,and 159 cases were female（47.89%）.The usage of BDZs in 41— 60 ages group was higher than groups of other ages.In 332 cases of patients using BDZs,there were 216（65.06%） cases for schizophrenia.Cases（210） took drugs to treat sleeping disorder,and the proportion was as high as 54.54%.Cases（128） only used one kind of BDZs,the highest utilization rate of alprazolam is 28.91%.Cases（204） used BDZs combined with other drugs,which accounted for 61.44%,and BDZs were mainly combined with antipsychotics.Conclusion The usage status of BDZs in Tianjin Anding Hospital is basically reasonable,but also has phenomenon of high utilization,long time of usage,and big proportion of the combination,which should be case the attention of physicians and pharmacists.
