GE合成器生产几种非FDG正电子显像剂及临床应用

摘　　要：目的 PET/CT正电子发射计算机断层(Positron Emission Tomography)是一种功能分子影像设备,最常用的18F-FDG在心肌存活性、恶性肿瘤诊断显像中具有重要的应用价值。但在临床大范围应用18F-FDG的同时,也发现了它的局限性,为了拓展PET/CT应用范围,弥补18F-FDG的不足,满足临床需求。方法以GE公司生产的合成器为例,以自动化合成方式合成了几种常见的非FDG正电子显像剂。结果合成了包括13N-氨水、18F-FMISO、11C-蛋氨酸等几种常见的非FDG正电子显像剂,进行质量控制。结合临床初步对志愿者进行了检查。结论本文合成的显像剂均对FDG的应用范围进行了拓展及补充。扫描图像清晰,病灶显示清楚,初步临床结果令人满意。Objective PositronEmissionTomography（PET/CT）isafunctionalmolecularimagingequipment.Themostcommonlyused 18F-FD G has significant application value valuable in im aging of cardiac m uscle survival and diagnosis of m alignant tum or.W ith the exten-siveclinicaluseof18F-FDG,ithasshownsomeboundedness.ThepaperaimstoexpandtheapplicationrangeofPET/CT andmakeupfor the insufficiency of 18F-FD G so as to m eet clinical dem and.Methods Synthesizer by G E w as taken as an exam ple to autom atically synthe-size several com m on non-FD G positron photographic developers.Results Several com m on non-FD G positron photographic developers such as 13N-am m onium ,18F-FM ISO ,1 C-m ethionine w ere synthesized w ith quality control.C hecks w ere m ade to volunteers together w ith clinic prelim inary.Conclusion The synthesized photographic developer in this paper expands and supplem ents the application range of FD G .The scanned im agery is distinct w ith clear lesion dem onstration,w hose clinic prelim inary results are satisfactory.
