高原基层军官的健康状态及健康管理措施

摘　　要：目的通过对来院疗养的某部驻藏高原优秀基层军官进行全面健康检查,了解常年驻守高海拔地区基层军官的健康状况,为制定针对性健康管理措施提供实证依据。方法整群抽取2010—2011年来我院疗养休整的某部驻藏高原优秀基层军官疗养团44人,通过健康体检、超高倍显微仪(MDI)健康评估及相关心理测试,充分了解他们的健康状态,同时给予针对性的健康管理。结果综合分析:44名优秀基层军官中,未有人处于临床确切诊断的已病状态;但大部分人存在一种或多种亚健康状态。结论高原基层军官常年驻守在祖国的高寒边疆,担负着国门安全重任,生活条件艰苦、工作压力大,许多人的健康状态已出现潜在危机。健康管理措施应注重健康促进,把重大疾病早期预警和诊断、疾病危险因素早期干预放在首位。Objective To understand the health status of the basic-level officers perennially stationed on plateau and provide solid evi- dence for formulating pertinent health management measures by means of full health check for excellent basic-level officers stationed on Ti-betan plateau who were in recuperation at our sanatorium. Methods 44 excellent basic-level officers stationed on Tibetan plateau who were in recuperation at our sanatorium during 2010 and 2011 were clustering extracted to completely examine their health status and accept perti-nent health management through physical examination, ultrahigh MDI health assessment, and related psychological tests.Results Compre-hensive analysis showed among the 44 excellent basic-level officers, no one was in the clinically diagnosed disease state, but most of them were in one or various sub-health status.Conclusion Basic-level officers on plateau are perennially stationed at high cold borderland of our country, shouldering the heavy responsibility of national security, living in poor conditions with high work stress, any of them have poten-tial crisis in their health status.Health management measures should emphasize health promotion, and put in the first place of early warning and diagnosis of serious diseases and early intervention for disease hazards.
