护理健康教育对美沙酮脱毒期间体位性低血压的预防作用

摘　　要：目的分析并总结健康教育应用于预防美沙酮脱毒期间体位性低血压的效果。方法选择2010-01—06入住我院戒毒科自愿戒毒的海洛因依赖患者650例为观察组;回顾性调查2009-07—12入住我科海洛因依赖患者520例为对照组。对照组采用常规护理法,观察组除了采用常规护理法外,同时对其进行系统的健康教育。结果观察组采用健康教育方法后患者在美沙酮脱毒期间体位性低血压的发生率为1.84%,对照组为6.92%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论科学系统的健康教育能有效预防美沙酮脱毒期间体位性低血压的发生,提高患者的生存质量,减少复吸。Objective To analyze and summarize the preventive effects of health education on postural hypotension during methadone detoxification.Methods 650 sufferers with heroin dependence at our detoxification department for spontaneous detoxification from Jan-uary to June in 2010 were selected as the observation group, 520 sufferers with heroin dependence at our detoxification department from July to December in 2009 were retrospectively studied as the control group.The control group were given routine nursing, while the obser- vation group were given systematic health education in addition to routine nursing.Results The incidence rate of postural hypotension during methadone detoxification in the observation group with health education was 1.84%, while it was 6.92% in the control group.The differences between the two groups were of statistical significance.Conclusion Scientific and systematic health education can effectively prevent the occurrence of postural hypotension during methadone detoxification, promote the sufferers＇quality of life and reduce the re-lapse in heroin addicts.
