摘　　要：党的建设是党领导的伟大事业不断取得胜利的重要法宝。党的十七届四中全会提出了"建设马克思主义学习型政党"的战略目标,农业高等院校也应紧密结合当前形势和自身实际,把科学理论武装、推动中心工作、提高思想政治水平作为深入推进高校学习型党组织创建活动的重要着力点。The construction of the party is a magic weapon for the great cause led by our party to the victory. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Committee proposed the strategic objectives of building a learning Marxist party. So, agricultural universities should also combine the current situation closely with their own reality to take the following principles of arming the party with scientific theories, promoting the central work and improving the ideological and political level as the important focal points to create the learning party.
