西芹鲜根和根际区物浸提液处理后黄瓜叶片几丁质酶和β-1.3-葡聚糖酶活性的变化

摘  要:在黄瓜幼苗长到第1片真叶横宽5cm时,分别用西芹鲜根和根际区物的蒸馏水、乙醇、丙酮三种浸提液进行化感处理(灌根处理),灌根前1d和最后1次灌根后1d、5d、10d、15d、20d随机取黄瓜同叶位的真叶来作为供试材料,对黄瓜叶片β-1.3-葡聚糖酶与几丁质酶活性进行测定。结果表明:几丁质酶活性较对照升高的范围为蒸馏水鲜根浸提液处理2.10%~22.46%,蒸馏水根际区物浸提液处理8.01%~26.75%;乙醇鲜根浸提液处理8.14%~23.20%,乙醇根际区物浸提液处理14.66%~33.75%;丙酮鲜根浸提液处理14.40%~50.98%,丙酮根际区物浸提液处理13.83%~43.12%。β-1.3-葡聚糖酶活性较对照升高的范围为蒸馏水鲜根浸提液处理1.34%~13.89%,蒸馏水根际区物浸提液处理2.07%~15.11%;乙醇鲜根浸提液处理5.69%~21.36%,乙醇根际区物浸提液处理8.46%~15.56%;丙酮鲜根浸提液处理2.52%~31.73%,丙酮根际区物浸提液处理9.06%~29.16%。各指标的变化幅度均是丙酮浸提液处理大于乙醇浸提液处理,乙醇浸提液处理大于蒸馏水浸提液处理、鲜根浸提液的处理大于根际区物浸提液。When the width of the first true leaf of tile cucumber seedlings reach to 5cm, we use distilled water,alcohol and acetone to soak the fresh root of celery and rhizosperic substance to get the extract, then we irrigate the cucumber seedlings" roots with these extract. The first time, we take samples before we irrigating the roots, then we take the other samples at the 1 d,5 d, 10d, 15 d,20d after the last irrigating. The activity of Beta 1.3 - glucan enzymes and Chitinase in the leaves were examined. All the materials were the firsr true leaf taken from the same leafposition randomly. The results showed that,compared with the control, the increased range of Chitinase activity of the treatment with root - distilled water is 2.10% - 22.46%, rhizospcric substance - distilled water is 8.01% - 26.75% ; root - alcohol is 8.14% - 23.20%, rhizosperic substance - alcohol is 14.66% - 33.75% ; root - acetone is 14.40% - 50.98%, rhizosperic substance - acetone is 13.83% -43.12%. The increased range of Beta 1.3 - glucan enzymes~ activity of the treatment with root - distilled water is 1.34% - 13.89 % ,rhizosperic substance - distilled water is 2.07% - 15.11% ;root - alcohol is 5.69% - 21.36%, rhizosperic substance - alcohol is 8.46% - 15.56% ;root - acetone is 2.52% - 31.73%, rhizosperic substance - acetone isg. 06% - 29.16%. The rangeability of each index of the treatment with acetone extract is greater than the ones of the treatment with alcohol extract. The rangeability of each index of the treatment with alcohol extract is greater than the ones of the treatment with distilled water extract. The rangeability of each index of the treatment with root extract is greater than the onesof the treatment with rhizosperic substance extract.
