摘　　要：目的　研究生物活性物质BC36 9增强机体免疫力的作用。方法　采用影响机体免疫力的实验方法。结果　BC36 9能提高小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬率和自然杀伤细胞 (NK)的活性 ,其平均值分别为 (4 6 .2 0±2 .97) % (P <0 .0 1) 和 (50 .2 0± 2 .4 3) % (P <0 .0 1) ;并能提高小鼠E花结形成细胞数和家兔血清中干扰素α -IFN ,其平均值分别为 (2 9.4 0± 2 .50 ) % (P <0 .0 1) 和 (56 .2 5± 3.12 )IU/ml (P <0 .0 1) 。结论　BC36Objective To evaluate whether bio-active substance BC 369 can enhance organism immunity.Methods A series of methods which affect organism immunity confirmed by experiment before were used.Results BC 369 increased the phagocytose rate of mouse phagocyte and the activity of nature killer cell,which mean were (46.20±2.97)% (P<0.01)  and (50.20±2.43)% (P<0.01)  respectively.BC 369 alse raised the contents of mouse rosette forming cell and the levels of serum α-IFN in rabbit,which mean were (29.40±2.50)% (P<0.01) and (56.25±3.12) IU/ml (P<0.01) respectively.Conclusion The results demonstrate that BC 369 can increase organism immunity. [
