四物汤补血调血作用机理的研究

摘　　要：通过测定血清红细胞生成素 (EPO)和脾条件培养液 (SCM )中红细胞生成素样生成因子的水平 ,研究四物汤对红系细胞补血调血的作用机理。实验结果显示四物汤能显著提升正常小鼠、正常和血虚大鼠血清EPO水平 ,及能显著提升正常和血虚大鼠SCM中EPO样生成因子水平。The mechanism of Blood-tonifying and Blood-regulating action of Siwu Tang(四物汤)on red cell strain were investigated by testing erythropoitin (EPO) level of serum and erythropoitin-like(EPO-like) growth factor level in spleen conditioned medium(SCM).Experimental results showed that Siwu Tang could significantly promote EPO level of normal mice,normal and Blood-dificiency rat in serum,and markedly promote EPO-like growth factor livel in SCM of normal and Blood-dificiency rat.The results suggest the mechanism of Blood-tonifying and Blood-regulating action of Siwu Tang on red cell strain is in association with its EPO secrection-stimulating and EPO-like growth factor production-enhancing effects.
