社会工作视角下残疾人抗逆力生成研究——基于厦门市福乐家园的个案剖析

摘　　要：为了提升和完善残疾人群体的社会服务,研究围绕残疾人抗逆力生成问题,以厦门思明区福乐家园为例,通过参与式观察和访谈等方法收集资料,结合Kumpfer环境-个体互动的抗逆力模型,分别从抗逆力的起点、过程(前抗逆力过程、后抗逆力过程)、结果对福乐家园残障学员抗击逆境的能力进行探讨,分析福乐家园采取的策略及实践中存在的问题。研究以福乐家园现实情况为基础,提出构建抗逆力网络支持资源、培养残疾人社会工作人才和接纳残疾人群体的多样性等若干具体措施,以促成残疾人抗逆力生成,提升该群体的福祉。In order to improve and perfect the disabled social service, the article closely focuses on the resilience of the disabled and bases on the Fule Home in the siming district of Xiamen. By way of observation and interview, the researchers combines the research with the model of the Environment- Individual relationship from Pro. Kumpfer. The study starts with the begining, the middle and the end of the resilience to probe into the Fule Home students＇ ability to resist adversity and analyse the problems and countermeasures in practice. Then in the light of the real phenomena in Fule Home, this paper advances several measures, including structuring support network for the resilience, cultivating social work with the disabled personnel and receiving diversity of the disabled.
