安全文化在病案管理中的应用

摘　　要：针对当前病案管理工作中存在病案完整性受损、信息泄露的风险和病案复印过程中容易引发医患矛盾等安全隐患,提出将安全文化导入病案管理中的新概念。病案安全管理是病案管理的重要内容,将病案安全管理工作提升到文化的高度,用安全文化培养和影响病案工作者,有利于病案管理工作者安全行为的养成,有利于提升医院管理水平、构建良好医患关系。分析了安全文化的内涵及其对病案管理的影响;就运用安全文化理念强化病案管理工作提出了思路和建议。Aimed at the security risks existing in present medical record management such as medical records integrity impaired and information leakage, medical records copying process is apt to cause patient conflicts, we put forward it is necessary to integrate safety culture into medical record management. Safety medical records management is important content of medical record manage- ment. To promote the management work to a culture level, cultivate and effect the medical record workers by safety culture, which is beneficial to enhance the level of hospital management and to build a good doctor-patient relationship. It analyzes the connotation of safety culture and its impact to medical record management, puts forward ideas and suggestions on how to apply security culture to strengthen medical record mana~,ement.
