摘　　要：目的保证急诊各区域24小时不间断的医疗护理安全,提高护理质量。方法调整急诊护理组织管理模式,实施副护士长24小时带班制。结果急诊总体护理质量及安全得到有效提高。Objective To ensure the medical nursing safety for continuous 24 hours in each area in emergency department and im- prove nursing quality, ne^od To adjust the nursing organization management mode and adopt 24 hours nurse team system by vice head nurse in emergency department. Result The general nursing quality in emergency department was effectively improved. Conclu- sion The mode of 24 hours nurse team system by vice head nurse played an important role in emergency nursing, and ensured the medical nursing safety of nights, festival and holiday, as well as improved the nursing quality.
