妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇抢救体系的建立

摘　　要：面对妊娠合并心脏病导致孕产妇死亡的巨大压力,我院作为北京市唯一一家妊娠合并心脏病转会诊中心,通过成立以院内妊娠合并心脏病抢救小组为核心的抢救组织、建立抢救绿色通道、健全工作制度和流程、加强专业技能培训、强化职能处室监管等手段,建立整套全院统一协调支持的妊娠合并心脏病孕产妇抢救体系。经过六年的探索与实践,我院收治妊娠合并心脏病患者720人次,共死亡8例,但经过专业评审,这8例孕产妇的死亡均为不可避免死亡。抢救体系的建立对整合医疗资源、提高抢救成功率、降低孕产妇死亡率具有重要意义,同时可以显著提高多学科联合抢救水平和医院的核心竞争力。As the only one referral and consultation center of pregnancy complicated by heart disease, Beijing Anzhen Hospital has established the maternal rescue system which widely supported by the whole hospital. This rescue system chooses professional res- cue group as core and takes measures such as establishes green rescue channel, completes the work rules and process, strengthens pro- fessional ability training as well as the function of supervision. After the exploration and practice for six years, 720 cases of pregnancy complicated by heart disease patients were admitted in our hospital in which eight cases were died and proved to be inevitable death by professional review. The establishment of rescue system is important for integrating medical resource, improve success rescue rate and decrease maternal mortality rate, and improve the multi-disciplinary rescue standard as well as the core competitiveness.
