生脉胶囊联合艾灸治疗透析相关低血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察生脉胶囊联合艾灸治疗透析相关低血压(IDH)的疗效。方法将24例IDH患者随机分为A、B 2组进行两阶段交叉临床试验。第一阶段A组为治疗组、B组为对照组;第二阶段B组为治疗组、A组为对照组。两阶段均包括8周的治疗期和8周的随访期,整个研究过程为32周。治疗组和对照组均采用常规血液透析治疗,治疗组加用生脉胶囊联合艾灸,对照组加用盐酸米多君片。比较2组患者生活质量(QOL)积分、症状积分、尿素清除指数(KT/V)、尿素下降率(URR)、IDH发生率、IDH导致的透析中断次数、未完成超滤量(UFV)。结果 2组QOL积分治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组大于对照组;2组症状积分治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组大于对照组;2组KT/V治疗前后差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组URR治疗前后差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组IDH发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组;2组IDH导致中断透析发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组;2组间因IDH导致未完成UFV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生脉胶囊联合艾灸治疗IDH具有较好的疗效,能够改善IDH患者QOL和临床症状,降低IDH发生率和IDH导致的透析中断次数。Objective To observe the curative effect of Shengmai Capsules combining moxibustion on intradialytic hypotension（IDH）.Methods The patients（n=24） were randomly divided into group A and group B,and they were given 2-stage clinical crossover tests.At the first stage group A was treatment group and group B was control group,and at the second stage,they were in reverse.There were 8-week treatment stage and 8-week follow-up stage in two stages and the whole test course was continued for 32 weeks.The two groups were given routine dialysis treatment and additionally Shengmai Capsules combining moxibustion to treatment group and midodrine hydrochloride to control group.The integrals of quality of life（QOL） and symptoms,KT/V,URR,incidence of IDH,suspending times of dialysis induced by IDH and UFV induced by IDH were compared between two groups.Results The comparison in QOL integrals,symptom integrals,incidence of IDH and suspending times of dialysis induced by IDH had statistical difference in two groups before and after treatment（P0.05）,and more significant in treatment group.The comparison in KT/V,URR and UFV induced by IDH had no statistical difference in two groups before and after treatment（P0.05）,and more significant in treatment group.Conclusion Shengmai Capsules combining moxibustion has better curative effect on IDH in improving QOL and relieving symptoms,and can reduce the incidence of IDH and suspending times of dialysis induced by IDH.
