摘　　要：随着我国社会经济增长的日益加快,我国社会大众对汽车的使用也越来越多,汽车需求呈现出不断增长的态势,与之相应,我国汽车企业也不断成为经济增长的重要推动力量,占据着国民经济的重要组成部分。伴随着现代金融的不断发展,汽车企业也不断的需要金融产业的支持和扶持以更快地形成汽车企业的规模化发展。在此过程中,汽车企业金融衍生产业链逐步形成,汽车金融以及与此相关的金融衍生品也出现在汽车企业产业链的前端,与汽车的生产、消费一起,构成了规模大、种类多的完整的汽车企业金融衍生品产业链条,汽车企业相关产业链的研究也应不断深入,成为我国汽车企业发展的重要支撑,形成我国汽车企业和汽车金融衍生产业链的良性循环。With the rapid social and economic growth in China, the Chinese people are using more and more cars and the demand for cars is showing a growing trend. Correspondingly, automobile enterprises in China have become an important driving force for China＇s economic growth, continuing to occupy an important part of the national economy. Along with the continuous development of modern finance, automobile enterprises also continue to need financial industry support and the support at fast information of large - scale development of automobile enterprises. China has gradually stepped into the ranks of the automobile consumption power. In this process, the automobile enterprise financial derivatives industry chain gradually came into being. The automobile finance and the related financial derivatives have also appeared in the automobile industry chain. Together with the production, consumption of automobile, constitute a large scale, variety complete car enterprises financial derivatives industry chain, the automobile enterprises and relevant industry chain should also be further improved, in order to become the important support for the development of automobile enterprises of China.
