摘　　要：[目的]探讨空气波压力治疗仪预防下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。[方法]将60例危重病人随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组行常规治疗和护理,观察组在此常规治疗和护理的基础上运用空气波压力治疗仪进行辅助治疗,比较两组病人下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。[结果]观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]空气波压力治疗仪预防下肢深静脉血栓较传统方法更有效。Objective： To probe into the clinical effect of air wave pressure treatment instrument for preventing patients with deep venous thrombo- sis. Methods. A total of 60 critical patients were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group, 30 cases in each. The patients in control group were given conventional therapy and nursing, besides that, the pa- tients in observation group were given air wave pressure treatment instru- ment, then to compare the incidence of deep venous thrombosis between both groups. Results： The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in observa- tion group was lower than that of control group （P^0. 05）. Conclusion. Air wave pressure treatment instrument for prevention of deep vein throm- bosis is more effort;
