济南古城区交通问题优化策略研究

摘　　要：城市古城区承担着历史保护、文化传承、商业、旅游等众多功能,是城市最主要的交通发生与吸引区域。文章从济南市古城区历史街区保护和交通硬件建设的局限性出发,结合城市空间格局,对济南市古城区交通组织状况进行了调查;分析了济南市古城区交通基本特征及古城区拥堵路段交通流形成机理;总结了影响古城区交通发展的关键问题;从交通模式、交通设施、交通管理三个层面给提出了济南市古城区交通改善的优化措施。The historic district of a city has history protection, cultural heritage, commerce, tourism and many other functions, and is the city＇s main area of busy traffic and attractions. In this paper, the historic road protection and the limited hardware construction are considered, and a survey of Jinan historic old town district traffic organization is conducted with the urban spatial pattern. The traffic characteristics of Jinan＇s historic district and the forming mechanism of traffic flow on congestion roads are analyzed, then some key issues which can impact the development of transportation are summarized, and the traffic optimization strategies of Jinan＇s historic district are proposed from three aspects of transportation mode, traffic facilities and traffic management.
