济南地区保障性住房节能设计——以文庄片区公共租赁住房为例

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,近几年来建筑耗能也随着建筑总量的不断攀升及居住舒适度的提高呈急剧上升趋势。建筑行业全面节能势在必行,而建筑节能设计是不仅是提高建筑节能水平的基础和前提,而且对于维护城市生态环境、实现城市可持续发展意义深远而重大。文章以文庄片区为例,分析了该区域的概括现状,阐述了区域节能设计的原则和依据,从居住区规划、住宅单体设计、外围护结构设计与太阳能热水系统设计等方面提出了济南地区保障性住房——文庄片区公共租赁住房节能设计方案与方法。With the development of social economy, the increase of the sum of bulidings and improvement of amenity for residence energy consumption in building is rising hugely recent years. It is the time to carry out energy-saving strategies in all aspects of building trades. Energy-saving building design is not only the basis and premise to improve architecture energy efficiency level, but is profound for protecting urban environment and for realizing urban sustainable development. By taking Wenzhuang area for example, this article analyzes the general situation of the area and explains the principles and foundations of area energy-saving design. It raises energy-saving rental housing design plan and method of Wenzhuang area, indemnificatory housing community of Jinan, from the aspects of residential district planning, monomer design, external building envelope design and solar thermal heating system design.
