益髓灵诱导HL-60及脐带血单个核细胞凋亡比较研究  

Comparative Study Between HL-60 Reduced by Yisuiling and Sigal Nucleus of Umbilical Cord Blood Apoptosis

摘　　要：为了探讨益髓灵治疗恶性血液病作用机理,本实验重点进行了益髓灵初提物和含益髓灵初提物的兔药血清诱导HL-60细胞凋亡效应的研究,并与其诱导脐带血单个核细胞凋亡作用进行了比较。结果显示,益髓灵初提物和含益髓灵初提物的兔药血清均有较强诱导HL-60细胞凋亡作用,而对脐带血单个核细胞的凋亡诱导作用较弱,同浓度、同时间两种细胞凋亡作用比较,有显著性差异。结论:益髓灵具有选择性诱导白血病细胞凋亡作用,其诱导白血病细胞凋亡是治疗恶性血液病的关键机制之一。To discuss the functional mechanism which Yisuiling treats malignant hematopathy, the experiment has gone on a study which YiSuiLing head product and rabbit drug serum contained Yisuiling head product reduced apoptosis of HL - 60 cell. Compared with the function of apoptosis of umbilical blood sigal nucleus reduced, the results show that head product of Yisuiling and rabbit drug serum contained head product both relatively reduce apoptosis, while reduce sigal umbilical blood nucleus relatively poor between the two kinds of cell apoptosis at the same concentration and at the same time. There is significant difference. The conclusion is that Yisuiling can reduce leukemia cell appoptosis selectively, and the reduction of leukemia cell apoptosis is one of essential mechanisms to cure malignant hematopathy.
