摘　　要：研究了高校财务管理模式,分析了高校财务管理系统的功能模块,设计了基于JavaEE平台的财务预算开支系统体系架构,并介绍了如何利用JavaEE、Ajax、JQuery、Qrcode等技术实现系统的主要模块。This paper mainly studies the university financial management model and analyzes sity financial management system. It has designed a financial budget expenditure system platform. It also describes the use of technologies like JavaEE; Ajax;JQuery; Qrcode and so of the system. the function module of architecture based on on to achieve the main unlver- JavaEE module
