摘  要:为探索化学诱抗剂诱导番茄抗灰霉病与钙的关系,采用水杨酸(SA)、茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)、β-氨基丁酸(BABA)和龙胆酸(GA)分别处理番茄秧苗第3叶片,处理后0,1,2,3,4,5d分别取番茄第3叶片(诱导叶)和第5叶片(非诱导叶),测定可溶性钙和全钙含量。同时,在诱抗剂处理后第5天,用灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea)接种第3叶片和第5叶片,然后调查发病程度。结果表明:诱抗剂处理均显著降低番茄诱导叶和非诱导叶的病情指数,处理后诱导叶和非诱导叶病情指数分别比低于对照17.6%~32.6%和11.1%~31.8%;诱抗剂处理同时显著提高诱导叶片和非诱导叶片中可溶性钙含量、全钙含量及可溶性钙与全钙含量的比值。可见,上述诱抗剂处理增强番茄抗病性,可能与其诱导番茄叶片中钙素(特别是可溶性钙)的积累有关。In order to reveal relations between induced resistance to tomato gray mold and calcium. The 3rd leaves of tomato seedling were treated with salicylic acid (SA),methyl jasmonate (MeJA), 3-aminobutyric acid (BABA) and gentisic acid (GA) respectively. And then, the 3rd (induced) and 5th (un-induced) leaves were collected for measuring contents of soluble calcium and total calcium on the 0, l, 2, 3, 4, 5d after treated with the above chemical elicitors. At the same time, the 3rd and 5th leaves were inoculated with Botrytis cinerea on the 5d. After that, disease indices were investigated. Results showed that disease indices were significantly reduced both in induced leaves and un-induced leaves after treated the tomato leaves with above four chemical elicitors. Disease indices in induced and un-induced leaves were lower 17.6%~32.6% and 11.1%-31.8% than the CK respectively. On the other hand, content of soluble calcium, total calcium, and ratio of them in induced and un-induced leaves were all enhanced dramatically. These results indicated that enhanced the resistance to Botrytis cinerea in tomato leaves may related with the accumulation of calcium (especially soluble calcium) after treated with these chemical elicitor.
