摘 要:目的了解济南市肠道线虫感染情况,为开展健康教育、制定寄生虫防治对策和开展驱虫治疗提供科学依据。方法采用改良加藤厚涂片法检测肠道线虫虫卵,透明胶纸肛试法检测蛲虫虫卵。用试管滤纸培养法区分钩虫虫种,兼查其他线虫幼虫。结果 1989、1996、1999、2002和2011年人体肠道线虫总感染率分别为31.22%、19.55%、2.40%、0.07%和0,总感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=1828,P<0.01)。1999年总感染率较1996年(χ2=282.88,P<0.01)下降了87.72%;2002年总感染率较1999年下降了97.50%;2011年蛲虫感染率仅为1.86%。1999年男性感染率为2.83%;女性感染率为1.96%,感染率性别间差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.58,P>0.05);各年龄组感染率间差异有统计学意义(χ2=92.83,P<0.01)。结论济南市人体肠道线虫感染率呈下降趋势;济南市肠道线虫感染率已处于较低水平,无需进行大规模驱虫药物。Objective To ascertain the prevalence of inteslinal nematode infections in the City of Jinan in order to provide a scientific basis for the development of health education and parasite control measures and for eradication of those nematodes. Methods Fecal smears were tested for intestinal nematode eggs using the Kato-Katz technique and the ccilophane tape technique was used to look for Enterobius verlnicularis eggs. Hookworm species were differenlited using the Harada Mort technique (filter paper test tube culture), and specimens were also checked for other nematode larvae. Results The overall rate of infection with intestinal nematodes was 31.22% in 1989, 19.55% in 1996, 2.40% in 1999, 0.07% in 2002. and 0 in 2011. The difference in the overall rate of infection was statistically significant (χ2=1828. P〈 0.01). The total rate of infection in 1999 decreased by 87.72% compared to that in 1996 (χ2= 282.88, P〈0.01). The total rate of infection in 2002 decreased by 97.5% compared to that in 1999. The rate of pinworm infection was 1.86% in 2011. In 1999, the rate of infection for men was 2. 83% and that for women was 1. 96%. There were no significant differences (χ2=1.58, P)〉0.05) in the rate of intestinal nematode infection by gender in 1999. There were significanl differences in the rate of infection for different age groups(χ2 =92.83, P〈0.01). Conclusion The rate of intestinal nematode infection in Jinan has tended to decline. The rate of intestinal parasite infection is already low, so there is no need for large-scale use of pesticides.
