摘　　要：血吸虫病是一种危害十分巨大的人畜共患寄生虫病,目前主要应用吡喹酮等少数几种化学药物对其进行治疗。在寻找新的抗血吸虫药物研究中,发现一些来源于植物中的天然产物有抗血吸虫活性,同时部分化合物还拥有化学合成抗血吸虫药物所不具有的预防血吸虫病等作用。本文对具有抗血吸虫活性的天然产物进行综述,为抗血吸虫药物研发提供参考。Schistosomiasis is a parasitic disease that can cause substantial harm to botb animals and humans. Praziquan tel is currently the main drug used to treat schistosomiasis. The search for new antischistosomal drugs has indicated that some natural products from plants have anusehistosomal activity, and some even have prophylactic action against schisto somiasis. The purpose of this paper is to summarize advances in the study of natural products with anti-schistosomal ac tion that may facilitale the development of new antisehistosomal drugs in the future.
