摘　　要：针对传统细菌学总论实验零散和造成学生实验被动及积极性不高等问题,作者精心设计了"四步八项"细菌学总论综合性实验,将8个独立的验证性实验综合成一个需要4次完成的、具有连贯性和递进性的小型综合性实验,并在实施过程中综合运用多种教学法,从而丰富了细菌学总论的实验内涵,改善了实验结果,激发了学生的主动参与热情,提高了实验教学效果。Traditional experiments in basic medical bacteriology consisted of several basic experiments conducted independently. This curbed student enthusiasm towards those experiments. A small-scale comprehensive experiment in basic bacteriology was designed to involve ＂8 items in 4 steps. ＂ The experiment consists of 8 sequential items that must be completed in 4 steps. The experiment is consistent throughout and later steps build on earlier steps. This experiment encouraged student enthusiasm and active student participation. Various methods of instruction may further improve the effec tiveness with which such experiments are taught.
