摘 要:根据贵州某地黑色页岩中含一定品位的硫及黑色页岩性质复杂等特点,考虑硫的迁出对环境造成的影响,进行了酸浸实验研究。经实验研究发现,酸浸时采用矿石粒度为150~375μm、盐酸浓度为1.2 mol/L、浸出时间为4 h、浸出矿浆液固体积质量比为4 mL/g、浸出温度为30℃、搅拌强度为250 r/min时,硫的浸出率达较高值,可达23.73%,此时对周边环境影响较大。According to the characteristics,such as a certain sulfur contained and complex nature, of the black shale in Guizhou Province ,considering the impact of sulfur emigration from it on the environment,acid leaching experiments were conducted.Research found when particle fineness of black shale was at 150~375 μm, concentration of hydrochloric acid was 1.2 mol/L,leaching time was 4 h, leaching pulp liquid-solid volume mass ratio was 4 mL/g, extraction temperature was 30 C, and stirring intensity was 250 r/rain, the sulfur's leaching rate was as high as 23.73%, and at this time it had greater influence on the surrounding environment.
