摘 要:通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和电子探针、X射线衍射等分析手段和利用相关分析方法,对四川攀枝花红格钒钛磁铁矿中钛磁铁矿的矿石结构、内部结构、化学组成及组分变化等矿物学特征进行了详细研究,结果表明,钛磁铁矿与钛铁矿共生,呈半自形—他形粒状集合体填充在脉石矿物颗粒之间,形成海绵陨铁结构和粒状镶嵌结构。钛磁铁本身是一种以磁铁矿为主晶,钛铁矿、钛铁晶石、镁铝尖晶为客晶构成的复合矿物并呈现固溶体分离结构。铁、钛、钒、铬是其主要化学成分,且钛、钒和铬元素与铁之间呈现紧密相关关系;铁主要赋存在磁铁矿中,是铁精矿的主要矿石原料;钛则主要赋存在钛铁矿和钛铁晶石中,但粒度较细,尚无法获得单体而被工业利用;钒和铬主要赋存在磁铁矿中,随着铁精矿的回收而回收利用。本研究结果为该矿区钒钛磁铁矿中钛磁铁矿的选冶工艺设计提供了重要参考依据。Detailed studies were carried out on the mineralogical characteristics of titano-magne- tite in vanadium titano-magnetite of Hongge area, Sichuan Province, by the methods of optical mi- croscope, SEM, EMPA, XRD and correlation analysis, to reveal the structure of titano-magnetite, the inner structural feature, chemical composition and rules of transformation. The results showed that titano-magnetite and ilmenite coexisted in gangue particles in forms of subhedral and anhe- dral aggregates,which formed into sideronitic texture and granule mosaic texture. Titano-magne- tite is a kind of complex mineral defined from its inner structure mainly constituted of magnetite, ilmenite, ulvospinel, magnesium-aluminium spinelle accessorily. The major chemical components are ferrum (Fe),titanium (Ti),vanadium (V) and chromium (Cr),and Ti,V and Cr are closely related to Fe. Ferrum mainly presented in magnetite which is used as beneficiation of iron ore con- centrate. Titanium presents in the titano-magnetite and ulvite with finer grain-size whose monomineral is unobtainable,while vanadium and chromium mainly present in magnetite as well, and can be recycled with the iron concentrates recycling. The results provided significant refer- ences for the utilizations of the vanadium titano-magnetite in the area.
